Jose has served as a Presidential Staff Officer and Director at the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, and as a prosecutor and Assistant Secretary in the Department of Justice. He is currently the Undersecretary for Legal Affairs, Policy, Planning, and Finance at the DICT.
