What is a reservation?
Reservation secures a priority placement for the delivery of the first limited Neematic series, the first 50 production bikes. Reservation is not a complete pre-order or sale.
What does reservation provide?
Individual priority number (1 to 50) as all the bikes will be numbered and delivered in this sequence. The number of the bike will depend on when the reservation was completed online.
Discount of EUR 200 to the final price (EUR 8000+VAT+ shipment costs) which will be applied in the purchase agreement that NEEMATIC will propose in the beginning of 2018.
Cancellation
Reservation Deposits are placed into escrow and are refundable in full, at any time before the purchase agreement has been signed, for any reason, at your request.
Delivery
The first batch limited delivery is intended, but not guaranteed, in summer 2018. Depositors will receive updates on delivery dates for their area as development, testing, and other milestones are achieved.

2014
Domas returns from the UK and opens his motorsport suspension service. He continues to work with motorsport teams — including Dakar rally and Audi Sport TT Cup.
Fall 2014
Domas and Linas meet for the first time. They discuss how powerful electric bike should be engineered for off-road use — both want to reduce unsprung mass by bringing the motor into the frame. Excited about this concept, they start working on soon-to-be Neematic during the weekends.
July 2015
Linas and Domas are joined by Justinas, business developer with Invest Lithuanian and believer in electric vehicles.
July 2016
Neematic Freeride, fully functional prototype is built and displayed at Intermot 2016.
