She is currently working with the TASMU team leading the Logistics sector and part of the Central Platform initiative contributing to achieve Qatar’s Digital Transformation agenda.

Dr. Filali currently leads the technology development of QMIC's solutions in the area of Smart Cities, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Road Safety, IoT, and Connected Car solutions.

Prior to QEERI, he was Chief Scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in the US, where he was awarded the 2008 Laboratory Director’s Award for Exceptional Scientific Achievement.

Prior to QFC, he worked with Bloomberg L.P. for over 8 years as an Islamic Finance and Portfolio specialist where he set up and led the core Portfolio and Risk Analytics team in Singapore covering the Asia-Pacific region.

Al-Sulaiti brings massive experience and technical skills to Qnbn, matched by management and leadership qualities, building Qatar’s next generation national fiber-optics infrastructure. Prior to establishing Qnbn, Al-Sulaiti was the Manager of National Broadband Network at ictQATAR.
